OUR STORY
A roadhouse built on dust, grit & good times.
Out here in Arlington, the highway runs long and the stars hang low. The Desert Rose has been pouring stiff drinks, slinging grilled plates, and hosting the loudest country bands in the West Valley for nearly a century.
